We pride ourselves on being an organisation which puts the public at the heart of everything it does, and we are thrilled to have been recognised for our commitment to customer service by being awarded WorldHost Recognised Business status.
Having trained more than 50% of our front line staff using WorldHost training programmes, with a firm commitment to delivering excellent customer service across Fife, we are working hard to ensure that residents and visitors to our sites are provided with an outstanding experience.
We offer locals and tourists alike the opportunity to explore one of the most visited outdoor regions in Scotland and manage and maintain the Fife Coastal Path, 14 beaches across the Kingdom, the Lomond Hills Regional Park and Lochore Meadows Country Park.
We also manages several Local Nature Reserves and wildlife sites amongst its wide portfolio, with the ultimate goal of providing everyone with the opportunity to discover Fife’s great outdoors.
Our former Chief Executive, Amanda McFarlane, said: “The whole team at Fife Coast and Countryside Trust, myself included, pride ourselves on providing visitors and the community with the best possible experience across all of our sites, whether they are visiting the Coastal Centre in Dysart or a Local Nature Reserve.
I’m delighted that this dedication has been recognised by WorldHost and look forward to welcoming even more people to explore Fife.”
