Winter Tree Identification Walk – Birnie and Gaddon Lochs

Wrap up warm and join our Countryside Ranger for this winter tree identification walk around Birnie and Gaddon Lochs Local Nature Reserve. You will learn how to recognise different tree species without their leaves, and we will discuss some of the basic history, biology and ecology of trees in the landscape.

We will be walking around Birnie and Gaddon lochs on a flat, well-maintained path. The walk will be less than 2 miles, though a good general level of fitness would be required.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
