As Head of Operations my role is really diverse: it includes managing aspects of our Service Level Agreement with Fife Council, working with partners and stakeholders, and health & safety.

I oversee the teams that look after our award-winning public toilets, car parks, waste management and NHS Fife grounds maintenance.

I also oversee the management of our dynamic Fife coastline.
