Terms & Conditions

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. The Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods advertised on our website by you (the Customer or you). We are Fife Coast and Countryside Trust, The Harbourmasters House, Hot Pot Wynd, Dysart, KY1 2TQ with email address ask.us@fifecountryside.co.uk ; telephone number 01592 656080 (the Supplier or us or we).

These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before placing an order on the website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by ticking the box. If you do not tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions, you will not be able to complete your order. You can only purchase the Goods from the website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years of age.


A โ€˜business dayโ€™ mean any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday.
The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
Words imparting the singular number include the plural and vice-versa.


The description of the Goods is set out in our documentation, unless expressly changed in our confirmation/quotation. In accepting the contract you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement, promise or other representations about the goods by us. Descriptions of the Good set out in our sales documentation are intended as a guide only.

We can make any changes to the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements.


The price of the Goods is set out in our confirmation of sale at the date of your order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

If the cost of the Good to us increases due to any factor beyond our control including, but not limited to, material costs, labour costs, a change of exchange rates or duties, or changes to delivery rates, we can increase the price of delivery.

Any increase in the price under this clause will only take place after we have told you about it.
The price is inclusive of fees for packaging and transportation/delivery.


We currently only deliver goods within the UK.

By ticking the โ€˜I Acceptโ€™ box you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by all parties will result in a binding contract.

We will endeavour to process your order during the course of our next working day. Please note orders received after 3:00 pm will not be processed until the following working day.

Office opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00

Please note that the Fife Coastal Path and Fife Pilgrim Way certificates may take up to 10 working days to dispatch due it being a personalised item. Orders including a certificate request may be shipped separately.
