Fiona Skiffington

River Restoration Project Manager

I joined FCCT in 2024 as Project Manager for the River Leven and Back Burn river restoration projects. I work closely with project partners SEPA and Fife Council, as well as external stakeholders and contractors, to plan, co-ordinate and manage the successful development and delivery of these projects, which are closely linked with the wider Leven Programme. I have experience of managing large-scale projects in multi-partner environments, most recently in climate and business resilience roles. I’ve also worked in the heritage, tourism and education sectors.
