River Restoration Project Manager

I manage river restoration projects as part of FCCT’s wider catchment scale restoration programme across Fife. These projects are helping to connect ecosystems, communities and industries across Fife. My focus at the moment is on the Rosyth Rivers Restoration project, which aims to restore the Whinny and Brankholm burns in Rosyth. My background is in climate change and conservation ecology, so I’m really interested in how these projects can improve climate resilience in Fife as well as restore biodiversity. I am also passionate about reconnecting people with nature, so I focus on involving community groups and increasing the access that people in Fife have to their waterways.
