We’re in the depths of winter, which can sometimes make wildlife sightings a wee bit easier, be it footprints in the snow or more activity at the garden birdfeeders. In weather like this keep an eye out for an influx of waterbirds to the estuary that would normally make use of freshwater bodies but are looking for unfrozen areas.
