Welcome to the March edition of the Eden Estuary Newsletter.

February was very ‘wintery’ to begin with. Lying snow, ice covered mudflats and some low night-time temperatures put a bit of pressure on the birdlife, feeding is difficult when you need to hunt out mudflats that are not encrusted in ice.
