Lomond Hills Reservoirs and West Lomond Guided Walk

Enjoy a circular route around the reservoirs of the Lomond Hills Regional Park, including a chance to summit the highest point in Fife, West Lomond.

Embark on a picturesque journey that takes you alongside the tranquil waters of Harperleas and Ballo Reservoirs, through wild moorlands to the majestic peak of West Lomond.

As you make your way towards the summit, enjoy the diverse flora and fauna that call this area home. The final climb to the top of West Lomond is steep but rewarding, with the summit providing panoramic vistas of the Lomond Hills, Loch Leven, and beyond.

This walk is perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike, offering a blend of natural beauty, peaceful water features, and the thrill of reaching the highest point in Fife
The walk is on decent but rough trails and is very steep in places. Participants should be fit enough to walk on rough terrain for 3 – 4 hours. Please wear good walking boots and clothing appropriate for the weather.
