Och Aye Canoe, based in Fife, offers kayaking and paddleboarding lessons and tours for anyone age 8 and over. No experience needed. All equipment (including wetsuit if required) included. Kayaks are sit-on which are very stable and you cannot get trapped. Small group sizes. Female business owner / instructor.
