Trust Celebrate Contribution of Longstanding Employee

At a recent meeting of the Board of Management of Fife Coast and Countryside Trust, the Board recognised the contribution of Valerie Telfer, who recently retired from her post of Business Support Manager. Valerie was presented with gifts on behalf of the Board.

Valerie was originally recruited by Amanda McFarlane into the position of HR and Volunteer Officer in January 2010 and she went on to play an integral role in shaping the Trust we know today.

One of her last achievements was the successful appointment of the new FCCT Trust Manager Jeremy Harris, who joins the Trust in August.

Stephen Carter Chair of FCCT, commented, “We very much value the contribution Valerie has made to the Trust over the years and we hope that she has an enjoyable retirement, we will miss her cheery disposition and constant smile.”
