Round the Pit Road is a circular route that follows the north shore of the loch, the old pit road and sheltered woods round the golf course giving a varied walk. A level route with varying surfaces, mostly wide with narrower uneven earthy sections through woods, but it can be muddy after rain. Walkers should be aware that there is one kissing gate and four wide gates on the route.
Lochore Meadows Country Park has a number of way marked routes, suitable for a range of abilities. There is also the opportunity for visitors to enjoy a range of sports including watersports, cycling and fishing.
