Wormit Bay Works

Publish Date: Friday February 28, 2020

Wormit Bay works which will cause some disruption on the Fife Coastal Path.

From the 2nd March 2020 over 4-week period contractors shall be repairing parts of seawall and the granular surfaced road within the curtilage of Wormit Bay. The much-needed improvements shall provide safe access to the beach, improve parking and provide safer passage for walkers on the Fife Coastal Path. There will be some disruption during this period, but it is anticipated that users of the coastal path and bay when safe to do so will still be able to access the area, though when required a local diversion shall be put into operation.
