Look up through the trees to find these high sandstone buttresses exposed since the last ice age. From the upper viewpoint you can look for red squirrels in the top of the pines and take in the views across the upper Eden valley.
Mostly uneven rocky forestry road with a section of firm gravel path. Some gentle to moderate slopes.
